• If you are in the Tri-Cities area, select "Local Delivery" (it's cheaper).
• If you are out of area (Yakima valley, Portland, etc) select "USPS Shipping".
• You may opt to deliver to a local friend or the gym (some coordination required).
• We deliver all over Benton, Franklin and Adams counties regularly.
• If you select "Deliver to MCL" by mistake, your order will either go to practice or we will contact you to pay for delivery.

• Size guides are posted on each product page. Ladies sizes are usually 1 smaller than standard.
• If you mis-order an item by size, color, or design, we can not exchange it.
• We will only exchange items if the mistake is on our end.
